Empanelled / Registered Vendor

An empanelled vendor is an installer registered with the DISCOM or national portal to execute subsidised rooftop systems. Subsidy claims are valid only when installation is done by a registered vendor.

Empanelment verifies basic credentials and makes the vendor accountable to scheme norms (5-year maintenance responsibility under PM Surya Ghar). Verify registration on the portal — not just a claim on a brochure.
